Adding Value to SweetCash:

In addition to adding value to SweetCash with cash, check, or credit/debit card, full-time faculty and staff may also conveniently add value utilizing payroll deductions.  To enroll, please complete the SweetCash Payroll Deduction Form and submit to the Payroll Coordinator in the Business Office, 3rd Floor Prothro Hall, Student Commons. 

All faculty and staff are encouraged to review the SweetCash Terms and Conditions, located in the footer below, prior to adding value to SweetCash.  Any remaining balances are fully refunded when you terminate employment with Sweet Briar College.

Automation of Baker’s Dozen Plan

To purchase a Baker’s Dozen, visit the Prothro Dining Services Office.  Upon paying for 12 meals – 13 meals will be added to your Sweet Briar Card!  No more punch cards! 

Baker’s Dozen pricing is as follows: 

Breakfast $51.00

Lunch $63.00

Dinner $75.00

When purchasing your meal at Student Commons, just present your Sweet Briar Card to the cashier.  It will be swiped and one meal will be deducted.  Plus, once you register your account, you’ll be able to view your balance and activity on line!

All Baker’s Dozen participants must have a Sweet Briar Card.  If you do not have a Sweet Briar Card, please visit the Department of Safety.
