The Sweet Briar Card is the official identification card of Sweet Briar College.  Issued to all members of the College Community, it is required for identification and access to essential campus services. It also offers a convenient account for making purchases on and around campus. 

Your Sweet Briar Card is your key to: 

·        Meal Plans – Swipe the Card to access your standard board plan at the Student Commons Dining Facility and to use your Extended Dining Option or Board PLUS Plan at the Houston Bistro. 

·        Library – Check out materials at the Cochran Library utilizing the bar code on your Card. 

·        Building & Door Access – Use your Sweet Briar Card to access Green Village.  Over the course of the semester, access will also become available for the Art Barn and Fitness and Athletics Center.

·        Laundry Facilities - Swipe your card to access your FREE laundry services. (Up to 120 credits, for residential students only).

·        On Campus Events – Present your Sweet Briar Card to attend campus events.

·        SweetCash – Make cashless purchases at locations around campus.

Your Sweet Briar Card is THE most important card that you will have at Sweet Briar College – vital for accessing campus services.  Please carry your card with you at all times.  To ensure durability and validity, do not tamper with, punch holes in, or misuse the card, and protect it from damage by avoiding magnets.
